How is Burn different from other gyms and fitness studios?

Burn Fitness is the first studio in Boynton Beach to offer performance tracking software to our clients. We pay attention to details that others don't even notice. Everything, big and small, at Burn Fitness is designed to optimize your performance capabilities and enhance your experience. Our “state-of-the-art” mindset doesn't stop at the technology. From the surround sound stereo system and customized acoustics to the quality of the color washed lighting system, which allow our instructors to create an environment in the studio that supports riders to their potential.

At Burn Fitness, our Performance Monitoring keeps you focused on your fitness goals, right now and long-term. You can see how you're performing every pedal stroke of your ride and can respond in 'real-time' to maximize the results you get from each class.

All of our classes are tailored to get your heart rate up and get you into after burn.



Do I have to reserve a spot to enroll in classes?

Although we welcome drop ins, in order to reserve a secure space in class you must pre-register on line as classes fill up. Reservations for cycling classes are required as bikes are limited.



Are these classes for beginners?

Yes! Don't worry! We cater to all levels of fitness from the beginner to the advanced student. Every team member on our staff is ready to assist you in any way possible, from helping you set up your bike to answering any questions you may have. Just come ready to have fun! 


What do I need to bring to class?

If taking a cycling class, many students prefer to bring their own cycling shoes to clip in to the pedals. However, tennis shoes are fine! We want you to be comfortable here. We recommend the cycle shoes to enhance safe body mechanics and efficiency but you have the option to wear tennis shoes. If you opt to wear tennis shoes they should have a very firm sole. All other classes require tennis shoes, water bottle and a towel.


Do you offer personal training?

Yes! Individual private and private small group instruction is available. The session content can be tailored to your requests and/or personal goals. Depending on your personal goals we can accommodate your needs!
